I hold a wealth of knowledge in Product Management/Development with vast expertise in relational database design and development, product strategy, ERP lifecycle and development, data flow models, and database models. I have established capabilities in project management, implementations, roadmap planning, customer service, and public relations. I utilize my outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to liaise across all levels of an organization to produce exceptional results on projects.
I have a strong background in Financial Aid and Student Account processes as well as extensive knowledge of Anthology Student (user interface, database, and APIs), Forms Builder, Workflow and Anthology Digital Assistant. I can help provide system solutions for complex requirements to ensure product deliverables align with the market needs of your institution. I am an excellent trainer and provide my expertise to ensure schools are successful in their implementations while providing the dedicated support needed for success.
